Electrochemical Society Outreach

The Industrial Electrolysis and Electrochemical Engineering Division (IE&EE) of the Electrochemical Society, staged a demonstration of hydrogen-powered model cars for 65 high school students and about 100 university students from Cancun. More about this event can be found here and here

Kids On Campus EERL

During the summer of 2006 a group of elementary school students from the Kids-On-Campus program at Ohio University visited the lab to learn about fuel cell technology. The students enjoyed a wonderful time in the company of EERL graduate students -- Mahesh, Xin and Bryan and Dr Botte. They learned about fuel cell technology and participated in a fuel cell car race.
